Capacity Building & Sustainability Consultant providing culturally competent relationship management, Business Development, and Community Engagement strategies. Multi-site project and program management while successfully guiding teams. Ability to develop collaborative partnerships while coordinating and, managing systems and structures to facilitate knowledge transfer. Monitoring, and evaluation of public-agency grants and donations. Analysis of data to identify service gaps to create a framework for sustainability. She is a native of Los Angeles, a graduate of Antioch University Los Angeles, and a Community & Economic Development Fellow of Harvard Divinity School (SLI).
